Requirements
- 10+ years driving complex technical programs across Engineering, Product, and Operations.
- Proven leadership experience managing across senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Track record of running complex, multi-workstream programs with measurable outcomes.
- Technical fluency in systems, APIs, data flows, and integration architecture.
- Ability to break ambiguous challenges into clear frameworks.
- Data-driven mindset with experience building KPI frameworks and working in data environments like Snowflake.
Responsibilities
- Own ARI operations end-to-end—rate validation, parity defense, gap closure, and at-risk inventory.
- Define and execute connectivity strategy across PMS, CRS, GDS, channel managers, and 3rd-party routing systems.
- Lead Supply API integration programs from scoping through production.
- Serve as the operational backbone for Relationship Managers supporting Chain and Supplier connectivity.
- Run complex, cross-functional programs with clear ownership, structured escalation paths, and executive visibility.
