- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing immigration and visa processes.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters.
- Coach managers through performance management and feedback delivery.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on people-related risks.
- Operationalize organizational changes and drive adoption.
- Support ongoing performance management and goal-setting processes.
- Maintain people processes, templates, and documentation.
- Partner with Legal and People Ops on compliance and immigration.
- Manage the relationship with external immigration law firms.
