- Deep expertise in employee relations and performance management
- Proven ability to deliver results with limited onboarding time
- Ability to operate synchronously and asynchronously
- Strong business judgment and discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters including performance concerns, investigations, and complex workplace scenarios.
- Coach managers through difficult conversations, feedback delivery, and performance management.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on people-related risks and organizational changes.
- Support ongoing performance management, goal-setting, and manager capability building.
- Maintain and apply People processes, templates, and documentation.
- Partner with People Ops, Legal, and Finance to ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for immigration matters and manage relationships with external counsel.
