Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters including performance concerns, investigations, and complex workplace scenarios.
  • Coach managers through difficult conversations, feedback delivery, and performance management.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on people-related risks and organizational changes.
  • Support ongoing performance management, goal-setting, and manager capability building.
  • Maintain and apply People processes, templates, and documentation.
  • Partner with People Ops, Legal, and Finance to ensure compliance with employment laws.
  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for immigration matters and manage relationships with external counsel.
