Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years relevant experience, including 4 or more years in a consulting firm environment.
- Minimum 5 years client-facing experience, including 2 or more in project leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success leading training strategy and implementation for large-scale technology or enterprise systems.
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Education, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and bring structure to evolving environments.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the overall training strategy, framework, roadmap, and approach.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs, learner personas, and readiness considerations.
- Recommend and implement training delivery models, learning pathways, and training environments.
- Determine the appropriate mix of training materials and support resources.
- Coordinate training content development with writers, subject matter experts, and trainers.
- Establish and monitor training success metrics and feedback mechanisms.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to project leadership regarding training best practices and risks.
