Requirements
- 2+ years in a quota-carrying sales role with demonstrated closing experience.
- Experience managing a full sales cycle end-to-end.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical aptitude to master internal tools (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Strong ethical judgment and commitment to regulatory compliance.
- Willingness to become NMLS licensed (Hometap will sponsor).
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach.
Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound leads to provide compliant information and connect with empathy.
- Serve as a single point of contact throughout the investment process.
- Manage a high volume of daily calls.
- Coordinate with internal teams (processors, underwriters) to ensure efficient processes.
- Manage pipeline using Salesforce and internal systems.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Stay current on the competitive landscape and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
