Requirements

  • 2+ years in a quota-carrying sales role with demonstrated closing experience.
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle end-to-end.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical aptitude to master internal tools (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • Strong ethical judgment and commitment to regulatory compliance.
  • Willingness to become NMLS licensed (Hometap will sponsor).
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound leads to provide compliant information and connect with empathy.
  • Serve as a single point of contact throughout the investment process.
  • Manage a high volume of daily calls.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (processors, underwriters) to ensure efficient processes.
  • Manage pipeline using Salesforce and internal systems.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Stay current on the competitive landscape and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
