- Manage a personal lead pipeline from first contact through confirmed enrollment
- Respond to all new inquiries on the same day; follow up with urgency and consistency
- Lead consultative conversations that uncover client goals, address concerns, and move toward a decision
- Meet and exceed individual enrollment targets, report pipeline status weekly
- Schedule and coordinate virtual consultations and enrollment appointments
- Maintain accurate, same-day CRM records on all contacts and activity
- Build referral relationships with external partners over time
- Represent the organization with professionalism across all written and verbal communication
