Requirements

  • 2+ years in a high-volume phone role (sales, recruiting, call center, consulting, or admissions)
  • Proven track record hitting conversion or enrollment targets
  • Strong consultative communication skills
  • Bilingual required: English and Spanish
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Self-directed, organized, and accountable in a remote environment
  • Empathetic and responsive

Responsibilities

  • Manage a personal lead pipeline from first contact through confirmed enrollment
  • Respond to all new inquiries on the same day; follow up with urgency and consistency
  • Lead consultative conversations that uncover client goals, address concerns, and move toward a decision
  • Meet and exceed individual enrollment targets, report pipeline status weekly
  • Schedule and coordinate virtual consultations and enrollment appointments
  • Maintain accurate, same-day CRM records on all contacts and activity
  • Build referral relationships with external partners over time
  • Represent the organization with professionalism across all written and verbal communication
