Requirements

  • 2+ years in a quota-carrying sales role with demonstrated closing experience.
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle end-to-end.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical aptitude to master internal tools; Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ethical judgment and commitment to regulatory compliance.
  • Willingness to become NMLS licensed; active NMLS licensing is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound leads to provide compliant information and understand homeowner circumstances.
  • Serve as a single point of contact throughout the investment process.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including processors and underwriters.
  • Manage pipeline using Salesforce and proprietary tools.
  • Become an expert in home equity investment (HEI) products.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
