Requirements
- 2+ years in a quota-carrying sales role with demonstrated closing experience.
- Experience managing a full sales cycle end-to-end.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical aptitude to master internal tools; Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ethical judgment and commitment to regulatory compliance.
- Willingness to become NMLS licensed; active NMLS licensing is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound leads to provide compliant information and understand homeowner circumstances.
- Serve as a single point of contact throughout the investment process.
- Coordinate with internal teams including processors and underwriters.
- Manage pipeline using Salesforce and proprietary tools.
- Become an expert in home equity investment (HEI) products.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
