Responsibilities
- Build target persona lists in LinkedIn Sales Navigator based on ICP criteria
- Create, personalize, and launch outbound sequences in Lemlist using email and LinkedIn
- Draft personalized follow-up messages using provided frameworks
- Run daily check-ins with the sales team to review progress
- Monitor campaign performance daily and flag improvements
- Hand off positive responses to the sales team within the same business day
- Keep the team on track with lead follow-ups
- Maintain accurate lead statuses in Attio
