Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in crypto, DeFi, or fintech.
  • Proven ability to navigate long sales cycles (8 to 12+ weeks) with enterprise buyers.
  • Experience selling technical or financial infrastructure products to product, commercial, or C-suite stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with DeFi lending protocols such as Morpho, Aave, and Kamino.
  • Strong consultative selling skills.
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable with AUM targets and yield metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to build processes and operate independently.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline across crypto exchanges, consumer wallets, fintechs, neobanks, and payment infrastructure providers.
  • Identify and engage decision makers including CEO, Head of Product, CIO, and CRO.
  • Develop account strategies for both crypto-native exchanges and traditional fintech platforms.
  • Own the full sales cycle from outreach and qualification to proposal delivery and closing.
  • Navigate 8 to 12 week B2B sales cycles including compliance and integration reviews.
  • Manage objection handling and develop strategies to accelerate decision making.
  • Track competitive positioning and market trends to refine sales messaging.
  • Provide structured feedback on sales cycle bottlenecks and market requirements.
