Requirements
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Ability to commit as a full-time intern for 6 months.
- Ability to start immediately.
- Grit, drive, and a strong willingness to learn.
- High motivation and ability to maintain morale despite rejections.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Positive, proactive approach and problem-solving attitude.
- Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Business Development Director to support decision-making.
- Identify and inform leadership regarding new business niches, opportunities, and ideas.
- Create a pipeline of potential new creators and influencers across various industries and geographies.
- Provide a high-quality prospect experience through every interaction.
- Maintain meticulous records of lead interactions in the database.
- Suggest and implement improvements to optimize the sales funnel process.
