Requirements

  • 10+ years of channel, partner sales, or alliances experience at a high-growth enterprise technology company.
  • At least 4 years in a senior leadership role managing a team.
  • Demonstrated track record of building and owning executive-level relationships with national or strategic reseller partners.
  • Visible executive presence with experience presenting to C-level executives.
  • Strong data fluency with the ability to manage metrics and coach teams on data-backed performance.
  • Experience building and executing joint business plans with measurable revenue impact.
  • Excellent cross-functional influencer across sales, marketing, and engineering organizations.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 40–60% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a structured executive cadence with top national partners and internal leadership.
  • Define and execute a comprehensive national partner strategy across 9 accounts including joint business plans and GTM priorities.
  • Directly own team pipeline generation numbers and partner-sourced revenue growth.
  • Manage a team of National Partner Managers, focusing on talent development and performance coaching.
  • Define an operating rhythm for the team including deal reviews, pipeline calls, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Collaborate with regional sales leaders and channel teams to amplify partner strategies at scale.
  • Engage at an account level to accelerate strategic deals and remove blockers.
