Requirements
- Proven senior experience in Pre-Sales Architecture, Sales Engineering, or similar customer-facing roles at a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven track record of supporting deals $100K+ with mid-market or enterprise buyers.
- Strong hands-on technical background including coding, prototyping, and architecture reviews.
- Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, or Go.
- Deep expertise in modern API technologies and distributed systems architecture.
- Understanding of cloud-native development including Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD.
- Exceptional communication skills capable of engaging senior engineers and CTOs.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent customer engagements.
- Comfortable working in early-stage, ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the pre-sales function as the first dedicated role.
- Enable the sales team to hit revenue targets through technical support.
- Execute and manage smooth technical evaluations and POCs.
- Build trusted engineer-to-engineer relationships with customers.
- Gather and document customer insights to shape the product roadmap.
- Manage and improve demo environments and reference architectures.
- Provide post-sales follow-through to ensure continuous customer value.
