Requirements
- 4+ years (DS) or 7+ years (Sr. DS) of client-facing delivery experience.
- Demonstrated ownership of complex projects end-to-end.
- Strong product and systems thinking skills.
- Technical fluency including SQL proficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Executive presence.
- Experience deploying enterprise software, data, or AI/ML solutions.
- Experience writing PRDs and running agile delivery processes.
- Familiarity with customer service operations or business-process operations.
- Experience with value-based scoping and ROI quantification.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery of customer deployments as the single accountable owner.
- Scope deployments, define success criteria, and author requirements documents.
- Manage project backlogs, sequence milestones, and drive day-to-day execution.
- Act as primary QA tester for customer solutions.
- Configure platform workflows, data mapping, and queries.
- Manage stakeholder communication across all levels of the client organization.
- Run go-live and cutover processes and drive adoption.
- Partner with sales on discovery and value scoping for expansions.
