Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience with APIs and system integrations.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and technologies (AI agent frameworks, LLMs).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of workflow orchestration, multi-agent systems, or distributed computing.
- Experience building GenAI solutions.
- Knowledge of design patterns, RAG, and working with SQL/NoSQL databases.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical integration of CrewAI's products into customers’ systems.
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues during implementation.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients.
- Translate client needs into technical specifications and solution designs.
- Design and architect CrewAI-powered agent teams.
- Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for customer teams.
- Deploy, configure, and optimize CrewAI-based multi-agent systems in production environments.
