- Proven experience leading discovery sessions, solution design workshops, and executive-level engagements.
- Deep understanding of contact center operations, KPIs, and ROI stories.
- Strong executive presence and ability to manage senior-level stakeholders.
- Analytical, problem-solving mindset suited for high-growth technology environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic AI Onboarding by facilitating executive-level design workshops and translating customer business strategy into live AI solutions.
- Architect Technical Roadmaps and manage client expectations, project timelines, and documentation.
- Operationalize AI at scale through multi-phase implementations including discovery, technical setup, and training.
- Drive immediate ROI by partnering with CSMs to create value-based adoption goals.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering to optimize delivery frameworks.
- Scale delivery excellence by recommending implementation standards and best practices.
- Manage program health by proactively communicating project status and mitigating risks.
