- 8+ years of experience in organizational design, change management, or workforce planning.
- Strong focus on technology-driven transformations.
- Understanding of AI technologies and their practical application in business.
- Proven ability to design and implement organizational restructuring.
- Experience developing and executing workforce reskilling programs.
- Experience consulting with HR Business Partners on large-scale transformation.
- Experience with skills-based workforce initiatives or labor-market intelligence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with functional leaders to analyze workflows and redesign job roles for AI effectiveness.
- Partner with HRBPs to assess and design optimal organizational models.
- Develop and implement comprehensive workforce reskilling and upskilling strategies.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and forecasting of organization-level workforce changes.
- Lead change management initiatives for new ways of working.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and HR on AI's impact on work.
- Apply skills and labor-market intelligence to inform organizational decisions.
