Requirements

  • 10+ years of combined experience in Deal Desk, Finance, Sales, or Revenue Operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in complex deal negotiations.
  • Business acumen with ability to translate financial goals into deal strategy.
  • Track record of executing strategic programs, process improvements, and system enhancements.
  • Demonstrated ability to hire, manage, and develop talent.
  • Ability to work with senior management and Enterprise Customers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and establish reporting.
  • Proficiency in CRM, CPQ, and CLM tools.
  • Familiarity with downstream systems like ERP.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Deal Desk function for EMEA (UK&I, France, DACH, Benelux) and Mexico.
  • Influence deal portfolio and complex deal outcomes across segments.
  • Design and maintain policies, commercial strategies, and downstream processes.
  • Hire, manage, and develop a high-performing team of managers and contributors.
  • Partner with Sales and Finance to execute deal strategy, pricing, and terms.
  • Refine deal review processes and documentation.
  • Utilize data and real-time reporting to inform business decisions.
  • Embed cultural principles while scaling globally.
