Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in digital analytics, digital operations, or performance marketing.
- Commercial mindset connecting digital activity to pipeline, revenue, and retention.
- Hands-on experience with PowerBI (mandatory).
- Proficiency with GA4, paid media platforms, and web analytics.
- Strong experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
- Proven track record in running digital operations or performance analytics infrastructure at scale.
- Experience operating across multiple countries and business units.
- Ability to communicate effectively at a senior stakeholder level (BU leads, GMs, executives).
- Hybrid analytical and operational skill set.
- Collaborative approach to working within a broader marketing structure.
Responsibilities
- Evolve the digital analytics foundation into the operational backbone for scaling performance globally.
- Work with local digital leads and business unit teams to influence and improve performance.
- Shift the digital function from descriptive reporting to prescriptive action.
- Manage digital KPIs, paid media, web, CRM, and conversion performance.
- Serve as the go-to expert for digital performance data.
- Surface actionable insights to inform broader marketing KPIs.
- Ensure data powers the execution of digital campaigns and lead management.
