Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in digital analytics, digital operations, or performance marketing.
  • Commercial mindset connecting digital activity to pipeline, revenue, and retention.
  • Hands-on experience with PowerBI (mandatory).
  • Proficiency with GA4, paid media platforms, and web analytics.
  • Strong experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
  • Proven track record in running digital operations or performance analytics infrastructure at scale.
  • Experience operating across multiple countries and business units.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at a senior stakeholder level (BU leads, GMs, executives).
  • Hybrid analytical and operational skill set.
  • Collaborative approach to working within a broader marketing structure.

Responsibilities

  • Evolve the digital analytics foundation into the operational backbone for scaling performance globally.
  • Work with local digital leads and business unit teams to influence and improve performance.
  • Shift the digital function from descriptive reporting to prescriptive action.
  • Manage digital KPIs, paid media, web, CRM, and conversion performance.
  • Serve as the go-to expert for digital performance data.
  • Surface actionable insights to inform broader marketing KPIs.
  • Ensure data powers the execution of digital campaigns and lead management.
