Requirements
- Exceptional risk and control expertise in Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Track record in managing 1st line risk.
- Experience growing new business 'in control'.
- Data-driven mindset.
- Experience in process improvement.
- Experience deploying AI (preferred).
- Experience in scaling environments or tech companies (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Design and re-design processes, systems, and controls to ensure ERMF compliance.
- Partner for growth with Risk & Compliance teams.
- Operate with a product and service mindset to support Risk Owners.
- Drive real-time data insights to keep controls live.
- Elevate control environment maturity and scalability.
- Contribute to re-platforming GRC and regulatory horizon scanning tools.
- Foster positive relationships across three lines of defence.
