Requirements
- Significant international policy experience, particularly in the EU and/or US.
- Experience working in policy, public affairs, think tanks, or similar.
- Strong management and leadership experience.
- Ability to contribute to team and discipline-level initiatives.
- Experience leading and delivering projects on complex issues.
- Experience mentoring and providing constructive feedback.
- Experience in financial services or tech policy (bonus).
- Comfortable with the speed of execution at a startup.
Responsibilities
- Devise the team’s international strategy and priorities as the business expands in the EU and US.
- Coordinate input from across the business and brief Board/senior management.
- Develop relationships with external policy makers, industry groups, and NGOs.
- Build expertise on policy and social impact issues and advocate for change.
- Work with product teams to build features that enhance the mission.
- Coordinate and write formal responses to consultations.
- Partner with international trade and consumer organisations.
