Requirements

  • Fluent or business-level French speaking ability.
  • Experience managing Enterprise, Strategic, and Regional accounts.
  • Expertise in high-touch engagement models.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive renewals of six-figure and seven-figure contracts.
  • Background in technically focused roles (pre-sales, solutions engineering, or implementations).
  • Proficiency in modern office suites (Google Docs, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience engaging with stakeholders from mid-management to executive levels.
  • Strong ability to map territory and anticipate blockers autonomously.
  • Proven track record of defining and delivering quantifiable business value.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive strategic change across a diverse client portfolio in the French and Benelux region.
  • Create, maintain, and execute success and account plans that articulate ROI.
  • Navigate complex customer organizations to build trust with senior leadership.
  • Diagnose customer challenges and develop mitigation plans to prevent churn.
  • Drive renewal of six-figure and seven-figure contracts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer success processes.
  • Demonstrate business value and create joint success plans with clients.
  • Build customer advocates and publish success stories.
