Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in early-stage CS at a fast-growing start-up, or applicable experience from management consulting.
  • Comfortable in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong client handling and communication skills.
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships at all levels of an organization.
  • Start-up mindset with high levels of agency, drive, and ambition.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with high levels of ambiguity.
  • Entrepreneurial and energized by building from the ground up.
  • Motivated by ownership and the chance for accelerated career growth.
  • Analytically strong and a first principles thinker.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of prioritised customers, working closely with their product and engineering teams, as well as senior stakeholder.
  • Own retention and expansion for accounts.
  • Own the full post-sales cycle from product development through to launch and scale.
  • Test new CS strategies and approaches to drive customer impact.
  • Build the Customer Success function at Enode, shaping our approach, processes, systems and tooling.
  • Collaborate closely with product teams to ensure what we build reflects what customers actually need.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to improve the customer journey from first touch point through to long term success.
