Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, retention marketing, email marketing, or marketing automation.
  • Experience with platforms such as SFMC, Pardot, Marketo, Klaviyo, Attentive, Braze.
  • Experience executing and optimizing lifecycle marketing programs across multiple customer journey stages.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, retention, and loyalty strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience driving engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Experience managing client relationships and presenting campaign performance.
  • Experience with web analytics (GA4, etc) and setting up UTM tracking.
  • Ability to hit the ground running and pick up new skills.

Responsibilities

  • Managing lifecycle marketing programs across a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Supporting the development and execution of customer journey strategies.
  • Serving as a strategic partner to client stakeholders.
  • Leading regular reporting, campaign reviews, and performance discussions.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve lifecycle performance through segmentation and automation.
  • Building and optimizing automated lifecycle campaigns.
  • Developing and executing testing plans across messaging and audience segments.
  • Tracking lifecycle KPIs including engagement and revenue.
  • Working hands-on in ESP platforms.
  • Partnering with analytics, engineering, and paid media teams.
