Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a closing Account Executive role in SaaS or technology sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a full-cycle sales role.
  • Structured and diligent in managing opportunities end-to-end.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Skilled at understanding merchant pain points and translating them into solutions.
  • Comfortable attending industry events and conferences, with ability to travel within the APAC region.
  • Solid understanding of CRM best practices.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot (preferred).
  • Experience in the Shopify ecosystem (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Own a quarterly ARR sales quota for new business across the APAC region.
  • Manage and close both inbound opportunities and self-sourced deals.
  • Master and apply Okendo's Value Selling methodology.
  • Conduct discovery to understand merchant pain points and strategic goals.
  • Deliver tailored, goal-oriented product demonstrations.
  • Proactively generate new opportunities through outbound prospecting, event attendance, and partner referrals.
  • Lead contract and commercial negotiations.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot.
  • Share market feedback and competitive insights with product and marketing teams.
