- Strong skills in content and storytelling.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn marketing (organic and paid).
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys and conversion funnels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands or business units simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine value propositions, messaging, and positioning for Embrace and portfolio companies.
- Translate product features into clear customer benefits, use cases, and differentiated narratives.
- Create and maintain core messaging frameworks, pitch decks, and sales enablement materials.
- Plan and execute lead generation programs across channels to drive a qualified pipeline.
- Own and scale social media strategy for Embrace and portfolio brands (organic and paid).
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Track campaign performance across channels using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams across portfolio companies.
