  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands or business units simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine value propositions, messaging, and positioning for Embrace and portfolio companies.
  • Translate product features into clear customer benefits, use cases, and differentiated narratives.
  • Create and maintain core messaging frameworks, pitch decks, and sales enablement materials.
  • Plan and execute lead generation programs across channels to drive a qualified pipeline.
  • Own and scale social media strategy for Embrace and portfolio brands (organic and paid).
  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Track campaign performance across channels using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams across portfolio companies.
