Requirements
- Compassionate relationship-building skills for working with families in challenging situations.
- Proactive problem-solving skills to identify and remove barriers to student success.
- Professional, empathetic, and sound judgment in sensitive family situations.
- Strong communication skills for navigating difficult conversations and intervention planning.
- Detail-oriented data management for tracking student information and interventions.
- Ability to work autonomously while coordinating across cross-divisional teams.
Responsibilities
- Own consistent outreach to students and families through phone, text, and virtual meetings during key moments of concern.
- Build trust with families by providing timely, compassionate communication during challenging situations.
- Identify barriers to student success early and take action to provide meaningful support.
- Lead problem-solving conversations to create actionable intervention and support plans.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Gather academic, behavioral, and engagement data for the MTSS and special education pre-referral process.
- Coordinate documentation, data points, and insights for IEP-related processes.
- Manage multiple student cases while maintaining high-quality documentation.
