  • Strong communication skills for navigating difficult conversations and intervention planning.
  • Detail-oriented data management for tracking student information and interventions.
  • Ability to work autonomously while coordinating across cross-divisional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own consistent outreach to students and families through phone, text, and virtual meetings during key moments of concern.
  • Build trust with families by providing timely, compassionate communication during challenging situations.
  • Identify barriers to student success early and take action to provide meaningful support.
  • Lead problem-solving conversations to create actionable intervention and support plans.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Gather academic, behavioral, and engagement data for the MTSS and special education pre-referral process.
  • Coordinate documentation, data points, and insights for IEP-related processes.
  • Manage multiple student cases while maintaining high-quality documentation.
