Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in data, business intelligence, automation, or systems integration roles.
- Strong Power BI experience (DAX, data modelling, dashboards).
- Proven experience in AI automation and workflow design.
- Strong understanding of AI capabilities including ChatGPT and CoPilot.
- Experience with API integrations and multi-platform system connectivity.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 capability (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Experience with CRM and business systems (HubSpot, Xero).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, founder-led environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards including DAX, modelling, and reporting.
- Build a unified daily business snapshot integrating Microsoft 365, Xero, ProjectManager, and Hubspot.
- Develop scalable reporting frameworks for performance, financials, and operations.
- Design and implement AI-driven workflows and automation systems.
- Build API-based integrations across business platforms.
- Develop automated intelligence systems for energy markets, regulatory updates, and financial indicators.
- Support executive workflows, action tracking, and meeting preparation.
- Optimize Microsoft 365 suite and improve workflow efficiency.
- Provide remote IT and systems troubleshooting support.
