Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in RevOps, sales operations, or CRM administration.
- Deep working knowledge of Zoho CRM administration (fields, layouts, modules, views, automations).
- Experience with Zoho Flow or similar integration/automation platforms.
- Proven experience in AI Agent deployment and workflow automation.
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data movement between tools.
- Ability to map sales workflows and troubleshoot independently.
- Strong documentation skills and process-oriented mindset.
- Ability to communicate complex technical changes clearly to non-technical staff.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automations inside Zoho CRM, Zoho Flow, and Zoho ZMA 2.0.
- Implement Zoho Zia Agents to optimize lead routing, coaching, and admin reduction.
- Develop AI-assisted workflows for lead qualification, quoting, and sales coaching.
- Clean and structure Zoho CRM data to improve pipeline visibility.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reporting for sales performance.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in lead management and sales processes.
- Document workflows in plain English and create usable SOPs.
- Train staff on CRM hygiene and AI-assisted tool adoption.
