Requirements
- 3+ years experience in building automations, integrations, or AI-powered tools.
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI and/or Anthropic APIs including prompt engineering, function calling, and structured outputs.
- Proficiency in Python or Node.js/TypeScript.
- Expert level experience with at least one automation platform: n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth.
- Ability to scope projects independently from a brief.
- Fluent written English.
- Reliable internet connection and backup power.
Responsibilities
- Develop AI agents and LLM workflows for internal operations, such as tutor screening and internal knowledge Q&A.
- Build LLM pipelines to extract data from documents and generate reports or outreach emails.
- Implement RAG systems over internal documentation.
- Connect company systems (CRM, scheduling, Google Workspace) via automation platforms.
- Automate tutor onboarding, document collection, and compliance tracking.
- Maintain data synchronization between disparate systems.
- Set up alerting and monitoring workflows using tools like Slack or email.
- Build lightweight internal tools and dashboards.
