Requirements
- 2-4 years of recruitment experience (end-to-end or VA-type preferred)
- Prior experience working a permanent night shift
- Background in volume or BPO hiring
- Experience with stakeholder management and client-facing interactions
- Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and recruitment tools
- Proficiency with Slack and digital collaboration tools
- Bachelor's degree in a related course
- Advanced Boolean search proficiency
- Ability to conduct behavioral interviews
- Stable home internet (min 40MBPS) and equipment (i5/Ryzen 5, 8GB RAM)
Responsibilities
- Review resumes and conduct candidate screening according to client qualifications
- Schedule and facilitate interviews
- Conduct mock calls and script readings with candidates
- Facilitate candidate endorsements for niche positions
- Coach applicants on areas for improvement
- Coordinate with other departments regarding client needs
- Maintain recruitment documentation and quality control
