Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Billing, Finance, Revenue Operations, or Order-to-Cash.
- 5+ years of experience managing a billing or finance operations function.
- 4+ years of deep, hands-on NetSuite experience configuring workflows, revenue schedules, and automation.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce as an upstream data source.
- Solid understanding of ASC 606, deferred revenue, and billing-to-GL reconciliation.
- Ability to define system requirements and partner with technical teams for implementation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills.
- Experience billing across multiple revenue streams including SaaS, consumption-based, and hardware.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end billing, invoicing, collections, and payment reconciliation across all customer segments.
- Manage billing operations for SaaS, usage-based services, hardware, professional services, and advertising.
- Establish scalable billing policies, controls, and workflows.
- Drive collections performance, cash flow optimization, and DSO improvement.
- Partner with Accounting on month-end close and revenue reporting.
- Define system requirements and document solutions for complex billing scenarios in NetSuite.
- Manage license and royalty reporting for content providers and strategic partners.
- Build dashboards and reporting for operational KPIs.
