Requirements

  • 5-10 years sales experience, preferably selling Enterprise platforms into the Life Sciences market.
  • Strong understanding of the Life Sciences market and business operations.
  • Enterprise sales experience managing complex, multi-million dollar deals.
  • Proven track record meeting with senior leaders (VP-level) within the Enterprise Life Sciences market.
  • Track record of securing $1M+ software contracts.
  • Strong business acumen to articulate complex solutions.
  • Experience successfully finalizing negotiations on complex Enterprise software deals.
  • History of positioning a new solution in an unproven area.
  • Understanding of AI/ML technologies.
  • Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop deep understanding of accounts including data science initiatives, key stakeholders, and competitors.
  • Open and maintain relationships with Director, VP, and C-level executives.
  • Uncover opportunities to use Domino software and execute sales strategy.
  • Generate $7.5m-$10m in pipeline by the end of FY27.
  • Close $2.5M+ of new ARR by the end of FY28.
  • Align internal product, services, and leadership teams to customer needs.
  • Manage and communicate with the customer-specific ecosystem of partners and competitors.
