Requirements

  • Strong prioritization skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Prior experience in a sales support or administrative role preferred.
  • Familiarity with IT repair or managed services industry.
  • Proficiency in email management and standard business tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system.
  • Triage and qualify incoming leads in a timely manner.
  • Perform data enrichment on new leads to ensure complete information.
  • Schedule and set up all sales calls and appointments.
  • Prepare and send quotes for IT repair services.
  • Follow up on outstanding quotes.
  • Build, refine, and document standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients.
