  • 3 years minimum experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns
  • Previous experience within a media agency
  • Proven track record of executing performance campaigns across multiple channels
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
  • Experience with bid management tools and ad serving platforms
  • Experience managing external vendors/agencies
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Professional maturity and ability to manage multiple tasks

Responsibilities

  • Formulate, present and articulate media plans that align with the client’s business and media objectives.
  • Day-to-day execution and optimisation of paid performance campaigns across Search, Social, Video & Display channels.
  • Analyse ad performance and website data to inform the development of strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Work in close collaboration with the account management team to deliver client WIPs, meetings, and reporting.
  • Support the Client Success team with technical analysis of client accounts and responses to client enquiries.
  • Proactively advise clients about digital marketing landscape developments.
  • Help strategise solutions through a deep understanding of client business & success metrics.
  • Explore new partnerships with emerging publishers and third-party agencies.
