Requirements
- 2–5 years in software implementation, project management, or pharmacy operations with project ownership.
- Experience inside a pharmacy environment (optional, pharmacists or registered pharmacy technicians encouraged).
- Comfort translating operational pain points into structured requirements.
- Strong communicator capable of building trust with technicians, pharmacists, and engineers.
- Excellent organization and responsiveness with strong follow-up habits.
- Solid project-tracking habits and a data-driven mindset.
- Technical curiosity and interest in efficiency-improving tools.
- Familiarity with handling PHI and practical security/privacy best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong, friendly communication style.
Responsibilities
- Lead implementations end to end: confirm scope, build the plan, run kickoff, hold weekly check-ins, manage risks and changes, manage QA, go live, and hand off smoothly to support.
- Map and refine workflows: document how the pharmacy works today and design a target flow that fits their routine.
- Turn needs into buildable work: write clear tickets with acceptance criteria and keep the backlog tidy.
- Coordinate the team: keep clients and engineers aligned on timelines and dependencies.
- Keep projects on schedule: watch the critical path, surface risks early, and manage scope.
- Communicate with calm and clarity: set expectations and provide plain-English updates.
- Improve each cycle: reflect on completed cycles and iterate playbooks and templates.
