Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a healthy marketing-qualified leads (MQL) to sales-qualified leads (SQL) funnel
- Engage with prospects to qualify leads and provide relevant product information
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
- Support early-stage sales opportunities by responding to inquiries
- Collaborate with global marketing and sales stakeholders
- Apply structured qualification frameworks and data-driven insights to improve conversion rates
