- Experience selecting, implementing, and maintaining multi-vendor AI solutions.
- Thorough understanding of the AI stack (Apps, Middleware, Platforms, Infrastructure + Data).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated excellence in research and writing ability.
- Strong verbal proficiency and presentation skills.
- Proficient in analyzing and synthesizing data.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Create innovative and highly leveraged must-have insights content on AI solution categories.
- Develop new research ideas and actionable approaches to client needs.
- Analyze client challenges to identify root causes and reframe thinking.
- Predict market vendors and trends via Magic Quadrants, Critical Capabilities, and Strategic Roadmaps.
- Provide guidance on readiness, strategy, and vendor selection for AI journeys.
- Present at Gartner events and client briefings.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and peer-review research content.
- Mentor and coach junior team members.
