Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science required; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years’ healthcare product marketing experience.
- Experience in market research, marketing plan design, and implementation.
- Experience with social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, X).
- Experience in market and product segmentation assessments.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry policies and competitive dynamics.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, and web browsers.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to travel internationally, overnight, and on weekends.
- Budget, expense, and resource management experience.
- Valid driving license and satisfactory driving record.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve revenue and market share objectives.
- Conduct market research on landscape, competition, and customer needs.
- Drive go-to-market and product launch planning, including positioning, pricing, and messaging.
- Develop marketing materials and support sales/clinical training.
- Monitor and analyze competitive landscape.
- Act as brand evangelist and spokesperson for the assigned portfolio.
- Execute tactical marketing campaigns and social media strategy.
- Lead strategy for tradeshows and key events.
- Manage and track marketing budget.
