Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years’ healthcare product marketing experience.
  • Experience in market research, marketing plan design, and implementation.
  • Experience with social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, X).
  • Experience in market and product segmentation assessments.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry policies and competitive dynamics.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, and web browsers.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally, overnight, and on weekends.
  • Budget, expense, and resource management experience.
  • Valid driving license and satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve revenue and market share objectives.
  • Conduct market research on landscape, competition, and customer needs.
  • Drive go-to-market and product launch planning, including positioning, pricing, and messaging.
  • Develop marketing materials and support sales/clinical training.
  • Monitor and analyze competitive landscape.
  • Act as brand evangelist and spokesperson for the assigned portfolio.
  • Execute tactical marketing campaigns and social media strategy.
  • Lead strategy for tradeshows and key events.
  • Manage and track marketing budget.
