  • Strong leadership experience managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.
  • Expertise in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and related platforms.
  • Deep understanding of SEO, paid search, paid social, programmatic advertising, and performance marketing strategies.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect marketing performance to revenue and business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging executive-level stakeholders and clients.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with client goals and measurable business outcomes.
  • Develop and present strategic roadmaps, performance insights, and optimization recommendations to executive stakeholders and clients.

  • Drive innovation by integrating emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies into scalable solutions and service offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, design, development, and analytics to ensure integrated and effective campaign delivery.
  • Serve as the digital marketing lead on complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, ensuring alignment, execution quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Represent the digital marketing function in client meetings, workshops, and industry-facing engagements, including thought leadership opportunities.
