- Own Skylight’s digital presence across retailer websites including Walmart, Target, and Costco
- Lead retailer-specific digital merchandising strategy
- Manage and optimize retail media investments across platforms such as Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, and Best Buy Ads
- Partner with Sales to align on key business priorities and promotional calendars
- Develop and execute retailer-specific activation plans
- Collaborate with Creative to develop and adapt digital assets
- Monitor performance metrics including traffic, conversion, and share of search
- Build and maintain a testing roadmap for PDP content and media tactics
- Partner with Analytics and Finance to track ROI and inform investment decisions
- Develop and execute Retail Influencer and Affiliate programs
