Requirements
- Experience supporting public sector contracting (SLED) and procurement-driven customer terms.
- Experience supporting RFP responses, including drafting legal sections and project management.
- Working knowledge of renewal contracting workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to build and improve processes, templates, and playbooks.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with SLED procurement vehicles and post-award modifications.
- Experience with CLM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools for contract review and redlining.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, redline, and negotiate MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, SOWs, and SaaS agreements.
- Review, negotiate, and manage SLED agreements from intake through signature.
- Own the Legal portion of RFP/RFI responses including drafting and deadline management.
- Support channel sales team by negotiating reseller agreements.
- Triage customer terms at renewal and resolve PO vs. quote conflicts.
- Develop and improve renewal workflows, templates, and approval paths.
- Provide support for insurance program administration and intellectual property coordination.
