Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
- Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles.
- Ability to navigate multiple stakeholders and build executive-level relationships.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Experience managing a geographic territory.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
- Understanding of solution-based and value-based selling methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Meet with public safety leaders to understand operational challenges and strategic priorities.
- Lead product demonstrations connecting platform capabilities to agency goals.
- Develop and execute territory plans to identify new opportunities and expand existing accounts.
- Collaborate with Business Development Representatives to prioritize outreach.
- Travel to regional conferences and customer sites.
- Develop proposals and respond to procurement requirements.
- Maintain accurate opportunity data and forecasting in Salesforce.
