Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
  • Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles.
  • Ability to navigate multiple stakeholders and build executive-level relationships.
  • Experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions to government or public sector preferred.
  • Strong understanding of solution-based and value-based selling methodologies.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quota attainment goals.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
  • Experience managing a geographic territory.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with public safety leaders across the Northwest region to understand operational challenges.
  • Lead product demonstrations connected to agency goals and procurement requirements.
  • Develop and execute territory plans to identify new opportunities and build pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Representatives to prioritize outreach.
  • Travel to regional conferences, association meetings, and customer sites.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to develop proposals and respond to procurement requirements.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity data and forecasting in Salesforce.
  • Evaluate sales processes and territory strategies for continuous improvement.
