Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
- Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles.
- Ability to navigate multiple stakeholders and build executive-level relationships.
- Experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions to government or public sector preferred.
- Strong understanding of solution-based and value-based selling methodologies.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quota attainment goals.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
- Experience managing a geographic territory.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Meet with public safety leaders across the Northwest region to understand operational challenges.
- Lead product demonstrations connected to agency goals and procurement requirements.
- Develop and execute territory plans to identify new opportunities and build pipeline.
- Collaborate with Business Development Representatives to prioritize outreach.
- Travel to regional conferences, association meetings, and customer sites.
- Work with internal stakeholders to develop proposals and respond to procurement requirements.
- Maintain accurate opportunity data and forecasting in Salesforce.
- Evaluate sales processes and territory strategies for continuous improvement.
