Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS.
- Proven track record of owning product outcomes and driving business impact.
- Builder mentality with experience creating prototypes and experiments.
- Strong product judgment and ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Proficiency with modern AI tools for product discovery, prototyping, and automation.
- Technical fluency to discuss tradeoffs and constraints with engineering.
- Strong data literacy using analytics and experiments to guide decisions.
- Excellent communication and influence skills.
- Bias for action and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop deep understanding of a nonprofit persona and their goals, workflows, and challenges.
- Identify key problems to solve and translate insights into product strategy and outcomes.
- Build direct, ongoing relationships with customers to gather feedback and intuition.
- Create prototypes, experiments, mockups, and demos to test ideas quickly.
- Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to ship effective, intuitive products.
- Define success metrics for features and monitor outcomes post-launch.
- Utilize modern AI tools to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and delivery.
- Drive alignment across technical, business, and customer-facing teams.
