Requirements
- 4+ years in Product Management
- Track record shipping consumer financial or regulated products
- Deep fluency in experiment design, incrementality/attribution, and CAC to LTV optimization
- Strong UX instincts for moment of intent surfaces
- Experience using AI tools like Claude Code or Cursor
- Data proficiency including SQL and Amplitude
- Excellent cross functional leadership experience
Responsibilities
- Define and own the Shopping Experiences roadmap for new growth channels
- Launch and scale checkout flows, offers in app and web, and consumer shopping preferences
- Design and execute acquisition programs with measurable CAC to LTV impact
- Own funnel performance end-to-end and implement incrementality testing
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Risk, Compliance, Marketing, and the Card Foundations team
