Requirements

  • 3+ years in a CSM, account management, or client success role.
  • Prior experience in a marketing agency preferred.
  • Managed clients across SEO and/or Facebook Ads with measurable retention outcomes.
  • Proven ability to navigate difficult client conversations while maintaining professionalism.
  • Experience building or contributing to SOPs, processes, or team infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Proficiency with GoHighLevel, Asana, and Slack.
  • Ability to pick up new tools quickly.
  • High-detail and proactive working style.

Responsibilities

  • Own the client relationship from day one onboarding through retention and escalation.
  • Act as the face of the company to all assigned clients.
  • Conduct weekly or monthly check-ins based on service type.
  • Manage client expectations and maintain clear communication.
  • Proactively identify and address potential client concerns.
  • Track performance metrics and communicate results in plain language.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align delivery with client promises.
  • Write SOPs and develop processes to scale the function.
  • Mentor future CSM hires as the team grows.
