Requirements

  • 6+ years of work experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or strategic consulting.
  • Experience supporting Enterprise SaaS and/or Fortune 500 companies.
  • Experience working with technical products.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels, from executives to end-users.
  • Diplomatic poise under pressure.
  • Strong priority management and emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to travel up to 25-40% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Drive product adoption and maximize long-term value for largest/complex enterprise customers.
  • Architect joint success plans defining critical objectives and metrics.
  • Orchestrate executive business reviews with customer decision-makers.
  • Influence internal Product, Finance, and Support roadmaps based on customer initiatives.
  • Guide executive stakeholders toward a proactive platform strategy.
  • Align Samsara’s long-term roadmap with multi-year customer business goals.
