Requirements
- 6+ years of work experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or strategic consulting.
- Experience supporting Enterprise SaaS and/or Fortune 500 companies.
- Experience working with technical products.
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels, from executives to end-users.
- Diplomatic poise under pressure.
- Strong priority management and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to travel up to 25-40% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Drive product adoption and maximize long-term value for largest/complex enterprise customers.
- Architect joint success plans defining critical objectives and metrics.
- Orchestrate executive business reviews with customer decision-makers.
- Influence internal Product, Finance, and Support roadmaps based on customer initiatives.
- Guide executive stakeholders toward a proactive platform strategy.
- Align Samsara’s long-term roadmap with multi-year customer business goals.
