- Strong grit and ability to iterate and learn from failures.
- Customer-obsessed mindset focused on client executive priorities.
- Experience with Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Help customers achieve business outcomes beyond just technology adoption.
- Spark exploration and improvement with key customer stakeholders.
- Present clear ROI on the value customers are getting from the Revenue.io platform.
- Align platform value to client mission critical priorities (MCPs).
- Set and drive clear upsell/cross-sell targets and goals.
- Own product adoption and drive engagement with account champions.
- Grow key relationships within assigned accounts.
