  • Strong grit and ability to iterate and learn from failures.
  • Customer-obsessed mindset focused on client executive priorities.
  • Experience with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Help customers achieve business outcomes beyond just technology adoption.
  • Spark exploration and improvement with key customer stakeholders.
  • Present clear ROI on the value customers are getting from the Revenue.io platform.
  • Align platform value to client mission critical priorities (MCPs).
  • Set and drive clear upsell/cross-sell targets and goals.
  • Own product adoption and drive engagement with account champions.
  • Grow key relationships within assigned accounts.
