Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in business or related area, or equivalent experience
- 7 years of experience with operational knowledge of PBM organizations
- 5 years of PBM or sales experience
- Strong ability to evaluate opportunities and create sales presentations/proposals
- Excellent communication and relationship development skills
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Working knowledge of Salesforce
- Ability to travel up to 30%
Responsibilities
- Drive joint Administrative Services Only (ASO) sales and member growth
- Lead or co-lead prospecting activities with employer groups and consultants
- Manage pipeline development and reporting in Salesforce
- Establish relationships with Account Management teams
- Educate client sales and marketing teams on industry topics and competitive landscape
- Coordinate with internal executives to develop message positioning and collateral
- Execute Go-to-Market meetings with assigned Blue Plans
